1. Acceptance of the Sacred Journey

By accessing this website and purchasing our offerings, you engage in a Sacred Reclamation. You acknowledge that TaruTattva is not a mass-market fragrance house, but a sanctuary for botanical restoration. Use of this site constitutes your unconditional agreement to these professional standards.

2. Botanical Truth & Batch Variation

Our Incense products are made from  reclaimed temple-offered botanicals. Because we reject stabilizers and chemical mimics, no two batches are identical. Minor variances in color, clarity, and olfactory profile are not defects; they are the signature of a living product. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on these natural variations.

3. Order Integrity & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to refuse any order that compromises our operational integrity. While we strive for accuracy, TaruTattva reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from technical pricing errors.

4. Sacred Transit & Shipping

  • Threshold: Orders exceeding ₹749 qualify for complimentary shipping within India. Orders below this threshold incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

  • Timeline: Most offerings enter Sacred Transit within 48–72 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to our logistics partners. TaruTattva is not liable for third-party delays once the product leaves our facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

5. Accountability: The Unboxing Ritual

To maintain absolute accountability, we enforce a strict evidence policy for damages or missing items:

  • Mandatory Requirement: You must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment the seal is broken until the product is fully inspected.

  • Deadline: Claims must be submitted to care@tarutattva.com with the video evidence within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Logic: Without a valid unboxing video, no claims for damage or missing products will be entertained. No exceptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

TaruTattva provides botanical essences for atmospheric and ritual use. We are not liable for any skin sensitivities or allergic reactions resulting from the use of our products. Users are responsible for testing a small amount in a controlled environment. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Integrity ( Anti-Rebranding Policy)

The "Sacred Reclamation" philosophy, product narratives, and all media generated by TaruTattva are the exclusive intellectual property of the Founder.

  • Prohibition of White-Labeling: Purchasing TaruTattva products in bulk for the purpose of rebranding, applying third-party stickers, or inserting unauthorized marketing materials is strictly prohibited.

  • Unauthorized Resale: Our offerings are sold exclusively for consumption under the TaruTattva seal. Any attempt to obscure, replace, or supplement our branding with external identity markers constitutes a violation of our trademark and an infringement on the botanical origin of the product.

  • Legal Consequences: Unauthorized rebranding or "white-labeling" of TaruTattva products will be met with immediate legal action and a permanent ban from our supply chain. We protect the "Soul" of our alchemy with the full extent of Indian Trademark and Copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.

9. Scaled Restoration (Bulk Procurement)

Commitments exceeding fifty (50) units are classified as "Scaled Restorations." These orders fall outside standard retail protocols and require a direct consultation to align with our production cycles and botanical availability.

  • Direct Consultation: For bulk inquiries, procurement requests, or corporate gifting, you must contact the Founder directly via care@tarutattva.com or our official communication channels.

  • Protocol: Bulk orders are subject to specialized lead times and tailored shipping logistics. Any attempt to bypass this protocol by placing multiple retail orders for the purpose of unapproved commercial distribution is a violation of our brand integrity.
