If your product arrives damaged:
We will replace it or refund you completely. Photograph the damage and write to us at care@tarutattva.com .We will respond within 24 hours.
Returns:
Because we do not use chemical stabilizers or synthetic mimics, minor olfactory and visual variations are the signature of a pure botanical product. For hygiene and quality control, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds
